A Recognition of Innovation and Dedication
We are incredibly proud to share that CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal has been awarded 1st Place in the category of High Performance at the SRS Awards (Stars of the Health Network), a recognition that highlights innovation and dedication across Québec’s health and social services sector. This achievement is especially meaningful to us because it shows the real-world impact of our Autonomous Care System (ACS™), which CIUSSS implemented and has evolved into the Preventive Health Station.
Organized by the Caisse Desjardins du Réseau de la santé, the SRS Awards celebrate outstanding projects led by healthcare professionals who are committed to improving patient care and advancing the system. Finalists were honored during the SRS Experience event held on May 28, 2026, where projects were evaluated for their innovation, performance, and impact.

Transforming Care for Patients without family doctors
The awarded project “Creation of a Preventive Care Station with Management Trajectories for Orphan Patients with Chronic Illness” addresses a critical gap in the healthcare system: supporting patients without access to a family doctor. Launched in November 2024, the initiative provides structured care pathways and accessible preventive services for individuals living with chronic conditions. By leveraging our Autonomous Care technology, the Preventive Health Station enables:
• Improved access to primary care services
• Streamlined patient management and follow-ups
• More proactive and preventive health interventions
• Better support for underserved populations
